Payment Information

What forms of payment do you accept?

Your payment will be processed using Paypal. We believe that this is the safest and most efficient way to process your payment. We can also take Mastercard and Visa credit card transactions. 

What is PayPal? How do I sign up for Paypal?

Paypal is free to join. It gives you Buyer Protection, protects you from credit card fraud, and more. Learn more about Paypal here 

Ordering & Shipping

Do you offer custom prints and sizes for your artworks?

Yes, we are more than happy to create custom sized prints. If you have something in mind, please email us at sales@artbuds.com and we will do our best to create your request. However, larger sizes will impact on our flat fee shipping costs. 

What are your postage rates within Australia?

We will deliver your artwork to you using the Australia Post's registered mail service.

One or more fine art paper prints and up to 2 small canvas prints will be delivered for the flat fee of $10.00. Multiple canvas prints weighing up to 20 kg will be delivered for the flat fee of $20.00.


How long will my artwork take to arrive?

We will start printing your limited edition artwork within 2 days of receiving confirmation of your payment. We will aim to dispatch your print(s) within 7 days, and under most circumstances you should receive your print(s) within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. 

ArtBuds is happy to offer a Rush Delivery service for an additional charge. This will guarantee you to receive your order within five business days. However we will need to confirm this request within 24 hours of your order. 


Are you able to ship items internationally?

Yes we can! Please contact us at sales@artbuds.com and we will provide you with a quote. Depending on which region you would like the prints to be delivered prices may be relatively similar to the Australian postal fees. In some regions approximate shipping prices for fine art paper and single small canvas prints may be delivered for AUS $10.00 - $15.00. Delivery times will vary due to the differing international postal systems.  


If I order more than one item will they arrive in the same shipment?

Yes! As long as the artworks have been ordered together they will arrive in the same shipment.  

Gifts & Packaging

How will my artwork be packaged to ensure a safe arrival?

All artworks will be packaged in a layer of bubble wrap and two layers of cardboard to ensure that they are kept flat and secure.  We then gift wrap them in lovely  ribbed brown Kraft paper and finish it with colourful ArtBuds ribbons and stickers, ready for any occasion.

Am I able to purchase an artwork and have it sent as a gift?

Yes you can! When you are ordering an artwork you will have the option to have it sent directly to your lucky little one as a gift. 

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! We are delighted to offer gift certificates, please click here if you would like to purchase one. We can create a certificate for any amount. Just email us at sales@artbuds.com to order one, or more, or if you would like more information.

Your gift certificate will arrive beautifully presented in a stylish envelope, and can be sent to you or directly to your special little one. You can also choose a favourite colour from our colourful ArtBuds envelope range.
  

Refunds & Returns

Am I able to exchange or return my artwork?

We hope that you will love your ArtBuds canvas or print. Unfortunately, ArtBuds cannot offer an exchange or refund for change of mind, as each artwork is made to order and forms part of a limited edition. Please also note that delivery charges are not refundable.  

What will happen if my item arrives damaged?

Whilst every effort is made for all goods to be dispatched in perfect condition, ArtBuds cannot take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. However, from time to time a product may be damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please contact us at sales@artbuds.com within five business days. After we have received your email we will advise you to send your print with its packaging, receipt and contact details back to us via Registered Post, and we will subtract the postage costs from your account.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased with packaging still intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items that have been opened, used, damaged, soiled, marked, scratched or misused in anyway. ArtBuds will replace faulty items on approval of fault. If, for example the limited edition print you originally purchased is near the end of its run, you will still receive the print you want, as we will replace the print with the same limited edition number as your original purchase.

Please allow 2-4 weeks from the day you return your package to receiving your replacement print. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges unless there is a fault on our part, such as, the wrong item was sent to you. 

Quality of our artworks


ArtBuds uses the giclée printing process, what does this mean?

Pronounced ‘Zhee-Clay’, the giclée printing process will guarantee that you receive the best possible reproduction of your chosen artwork. Using the giclée printing process, your artwork will be printed using fade resistant, archival inks onto your choice of either museum quality canvas or quality fine art paper (at least 300gsm). This means that under the right conditions your artwork can last for up to, or more than, one hundred years, ensuring your creative investment will remain in the family for generations.  

How should I care for my artwork?

Avoid touching the surface of your artwork when it arrives and try to wear cotton gloves when you are handling it!

To maximise the longevity of your artwork, do not expose it to extreme temperatures or humidity in your home as this can deteriorate the image quality of your artwork. When framing, use acid free materials and preserve it under glass.   

Will my print look the same as it does on your website?

We take great care to represent our artwork in the truest way possible. However it is important to be aware that due to the varying colour calibration of printers and monitors, such as brightness, contrast and saturation, slight colour variations may occur between the artwork that appears on our website and your limited edition print.
